Teacher Evaluation Rubric Course

Several Charter School Districts in San Antonio use a variation of the T-TESS rubric for evaluation of teachers. Known as the EEP rubric, teachers have had some trouble understanding the rubric. As such, I created an online course (Articulate Storyline) to present them with information about each rating category, scenarios through which they score teachers and then find out the actual scores and why those scores were awarded, and evaluations. This online course was adopted by some of the districts in question.
Flipping the Classroom Resource for Training Teachers in the ESC 20 Area

A few years ago, I was asked to develop a PD session related to Flipping the Classroom. I created a resource that teachers could "take with them" and "never lose," one that is online. Built for function instead of form, I have used this resource as part of numerous PD sessions across the state.
Project-Based Learning Unit Created for Use by All Teachers in Texas

About a year ago, I was asked to develop a Project-Based Learning unit for the state. The PBL unit, based on rumors and how they spread, was adopted by the state and now serves as an exemplar PBL unit at ESC Region 20.
The PBL unit can be seen here.
Content for the Texas Reading Academy

While I was working at ESC Region 11, I created content for the Texas Reading Academy, a 60-hour course all K-6 teachers in the state were mandated to take. One of the products I created was a Vyond video that was about prosody, word parts, and the like.
The video unit can be seen here.
Video of me coaching a teacher
I have had the honor of coaching teachers over the years. It is my favorite thing to do. I hope to do this on a full-time basis one day.
My Sustainability PBL Unit

I designed a cross-curricular, K-12 PBL unit on sustainability. It has been utilized in my classes and taught to teachers at ESC 20.
